GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), la compañía leasing y el brazo financiero de General Electric [NYSE: GE], ha anunciado la firma de un pedido en firme para la adquisición de 60 aviones de la Familia A320neo durante el 49 Salón Aeronáutico de
Le Bourget. GECAS ha elegido el motor LEAP-X de CFM para los 60 aviones. A la firma han asistido Norman C.T. Liu, presidente y CEO de GECAS y John Leahy, director del Área de Clientes de Airbus. Este nuevo pedido eleva el número de aviones de la Familia A320 encargados por GECAS a 390.
GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of General Electric [NYSE: GE], has announced a firm order for 60 A320neo Family aircraft at the 49th Le Bourget airshow. GECAS has selected CFM’s LEAP-X engine for all 60 A320neo aircraft.
The deal was signed today by Norman C.T. Liu, President and CEO of GECAS and John Leahy, Airbus Chief Operating Office Customers. This new order brings the total number of A320 Family aircraft ordered by GECAS to 390.
